I am an American citizen with dual citizenship so I am also a Mexican national. My girlfriend is Filipino and she is married in her country. They have been separated for over five or more years. Her husband migrated to the United States, and is living here for about 2 years. I know she is my soul mate but how can I get her divorced so I can marry her. What must I do to bring her to the United States, or what can I do to end up marrying her.
Is it true you can get a divorce in saipan, and the divorce would be valid in the Philippines. I don’t know what I have to do; all I know is that I want to be with her forever. Can you give me some sound advice please?
Hi! I am Ferdinand from the Philippines. Before anything else, I would like to tell you that finding your blog site was heaven-sent!, I’ve been searching for places, like your blog, that can help me answer some of my questions. So thank you for your blog!
Anyway, here is my situation;
I have a fiance’ who is an Austrian citizen and she’s pregnant with our first baby. Since we’ve known about that, We’ve been looking for ways on how I would be able to get there and marry her (then i came across you blog, thank God!!). My questions are;
1. How fast is it to apply for a VISIT visa? will it be easy?;
2. Will we be able to get married on my first trip to Austria?(considering ALL the documents you mentioned that are needed are available on hand once I get there);
3. Will the current situation where she is bearing our child PROVE our sincerity that we really want to be together so we can raise our child together in Austria?
4. Will my current occupation status (I am a registered nurse in the Philippines) make it easier for me to get to Austria?
These are just few of my queries in mind. I would really appreciate any help/information you can share with me.
I’ve read through your blog– I am in the exact same situation. I wish I could e-mail you. I have so many questions; it wouldn’t be productive to just leave them all here. I’m not even sure how active you are now, but if you are, I’d love a chat!
